ZARINA'S AWESOME BLUEBERRY CHEESE TARTS

My daugter, Zarina Azman made these some time ago and she is really good in making them, very patience and  with her, everything must be so accurately weighed and in other words, very precise!. I never can imagine doing these but maybe should give it a try.  I love these tarts but not to the extend of loving them so as I much prefer savouries but nevertheless these tarts are so so incredibly nice, so soft and so fragile and so yummy especially when you bite into the blueberry fillings.  I love the patterns of tarts themselves and Zarina did them well...artistic if I may say...

They look good, dont they?.....

Lets now take a look at the recipe which I am sure are numerous if you google them, but we have tried this and they are simply amazingly superb.
