Assalammualaikum semua dan salam sejahtera kepada yang sudi singgah kat blog saya.
Hari ini tak nak cakap banyak, cukup sekadar nak share resipi yang sangatlah awesome ini iaitu Yummylicious No-Bake Cheesecake yang diturunkan kepada saya oleh bonda saudara tercinta iaitu Allahyarhamah Raja Mahiran (Wan Chu).
Kepada yang hendakkan sebuah cheesecake yang sedap dan mudah untuk disediakan, boleh cuba resipi ini yang saya share seperti di bawah. Maaf kerana resipi ini ditulis dalam bahasa Inggeris tapi saya rasa semua boleh faham, no problem right!

Ingredients
- 1 packet digestive biscuits
- 200gm butter (to be melted)
- 250gm cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1 tin Ideal Evaporated milk
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 cup agar-agar (boiled)
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tin sliced peaches (drained)/strawberry (your choice) - as decoration on top
Method
- Blend biscuits to a fairly fine texture.
- Transfer into a big bowl and add in melted butter. Mix well and evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a cheesecake baking pan (preferably a spring form round baking pan) and flatten them.
- Bake in a hot oven for 10 mins (or you can just leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes or so).
- In the meantime, with a mixer, beat the soft cream cheese until smooth and a bit fluffy.
- Add in the 2 milk, agar2 and the lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour these cream cheese mixture into the biscuit mixture, and leave them in the fridge to chill and properly set (preferably overnight).
- Once set, decorate with the sliced peaches or fruits of your choice (strawberry) and serve.
